Sadie (registered manager) has become invaluable to us as a family, she is so reassuring and does all she can to help. She is always there to answer a phonecall, if we are worried or phones back quickly. We feel safe and listened too. Our needs are understood at this awful time.

Professional, well run, care provider. Very professional care company. Well run and managed. Any problems have been addressed and resolved quickly. The majority of staff are highly professional experienced carers backed by managers. I felt very confident that my Mother got the care she needed. Care Plus, means 5 Stars Plus, so much more! I’ve been extremely impressed with Care Plus. They have been looking after my elderly father as if it was one of their own relatives. Always checking that everything is catered for. He recently took a turn for the worse and they dropped everything to help him at a critical time. Dianna, Sadie, Michelle and the whole team have put there heart and soul into their work and care for my Dad, and I can’t thank them enough.
I am now reassured that whatever else is around the corner, they will step up and deliver extra support when needed! Such a relief to know this!
